Terms and Conditions of Secondhand Electronics Purchase and Sale

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our secondhand electronics buying and selling services operated by iMaxPrices LLC, referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our". By engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with any transaction.

2. Definitions

  • "Seller" refers to the individual or entity selling the secondhand electronic item(s) to us.
  • "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing secondhand electronics from us.
  • "Secondhand Electronics" refers to any used electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, gaming consoles, and accessories.
  • "Transaction" refers to the process of buying or selling secondhand electronics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to buy or sell secondhand electronics with us.

4. Item Assessment and Offer (Buyers and Sellers)

  • We reserve the right to assess the condition, functionality, and value of any secondhand electronics offered for sale or purchase.
  • The offer price is determined based on our assessment of the item's condition, market demand, and other relevant factors.
  • Our offer is valid for a limited period specified at the time of assessment.
  • Secondhand electronics with passwords, blacklisted status, or reported as stolen will not be accepted for purchase or sale. Sellers must ensure that devices are free from any such restrictions or reports prior to offering them for sale.

5. Acceptance of Offer

  • If you accept our offer (as a seller) or offer to purchase (as a buyer), you agree to proceed with the transaction at the agreed-upon price.
  • Once both parties agree to the terms of the transaction, it is considered final, and both parties are bound to complete the transaction.

6. Ownership and Title

  • Upon completion of the transaction, ownership and title of the secondhand electronics transfer to the buyer.

7. Payment

  • Payment for purchased secondhand electronics must be made promptly upon completion of the transaction.
  • Payment for sold secondhand electronics will be made promptly after the completion of the transaction.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

  • We offer a 2-week warranty on all purchased devices, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling by the buyer.
  • We offer a lifetime guarantee against blacklisted devices. If a device purchased from us is later found to be blacklisted, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to verification(device is to be in working order and against major damage to body such as crack or bent as will be adjusted to the return value of replacement device or refund of initial purchase price).

9. Legal Compliance

  • By buying or selling secondhand electronics with us, you confirm that you have legal ownership of the item(s) and have the right to buy or sell them.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of secondhand electronics.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

11. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

13. Entire Agreement

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale and purchase of secondhand electronics and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
