Refund policy

If you have an issue, please contact us by email. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day.

There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money.

Return shipment cost is free. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund. Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.
